In a recent project, Stella33 completely reimagined a Learning Academy for managerial training.

The key to the project was the adoption of modular solutions to maximize space flexibility. For example, the main hall was designed to be reconfigured into four different layouts, easily adapting to collaborative, training, or plenary needs.
Another example of modularity is the multifunctional cubes in the brainstorming room: versatile elements that can be transformed into seating, arenas, or stored away to free up space. This flexibility ensures an environment always ready to accommodate new training challenges.
Technology and Comfort: The Offices of the Learning Academy
The academy’s offices combine advanced technology and comfort:
- Private meeting spaces, ideal for moments of focus and one-on-one discussions.
- Flexible open offices, designed for dynamic collaborations.
- A high-tech media room, equipped with a green screen and professional lighting for digital content production.
Each office is equipped with relaxation areas and natural materials to promote well-being, seamlessly combining aesthetics and functionality.
Greenery as an Element of Well-Being
The entrance area welcomes users with a “winter garden” enriched by a moss wall and numerous plants. Integrating greenery into workspaces not only enhances aesthetics but also boosts productivity and reduces stress, as demonstrated by numerous workplace design studies.
Engaging Design: Common Areas and Interactive Corridors
Transitional areas, often overlooked, have been transformed into interactive spaces:
- Curved walls that create a smoother and more natural flow of movement.
- Feedback surfaces where users can leave comments and suggestions, fostering an ongoing dialogue with the space.
- Customizable prints that adapt to ongoing activities and workshops, making each event unique.
These details also transform the corridors into experiential spaces, adding value to the learning environment.
