What is Gaia Panina?
Gaia Panina is The Hive’s space dedicated to formats that go beyond a simple meeting. It is designed for speaking to an audience: one person presenting, a group listening in the room, and others joining remotely.
The room is located on the ground floor of the main building, next to the lounge and welcome area, in the part of the building that brings together reception, common areas and meeting rooms.
The context matters as much as the room itself. MIND brings together research, life sciences, healthcare, education and business within the same district, so an event hosted here can find its audience just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is part of the floor that brings together all of The Hive’s meeting rooms, from the four-seat Hopper rooms to the twenty-seat Hack Full.
Capacity and layouts
Gaia Panina measures 40 sqm and accommodates up to 40 people. The layout changes according to the client’s needs, with theater-style seating, workshop islands, U-shaped setups and standing aperitif formats. In meeting room configuration, with a single table and seating around it, the room accommodates 25 people.
The adjacent lounge adds 110 sqm and 20 seats. Opened together with the room, it brings the total space to 150 sqm and a capacity of 60 people, a format suitable for an internal convention or an event with external guests.

The Circle XS: the television production system coming to the room
The same friction points always arise during hybrid calls: someone stays muted, the slides are not visible, and the person speaking remains anonymous. With important content, attention drops for technical reasons, and the work done to prepare the meeting gets lost along the way.
The Circle® is Kirin Events’ proprietary system that brings television-style production into conference calls. It works as an interactive mosaic, bringing together in-room and remote participants in a single visual environment, managing the production flow, handling simultaneous translation in multiple languages, and enabling live interactions with avatars and artificial intelligence, all in real time. The system has been used for conventions with thousands of participants, product launches, international conferences, weekly project status meetings and board meetings.
The Circle XS is the version that Stella33 and Kirin Events developed for The Hive and the community that uses its spaces: a permanent installation in the business center, operational within minutes, priced for recurring use, with the same capabilities as the original system. The advantage lies in the logistics, which disappear along with setup times.
The Circle staff supports clients on the aspects that make the difference in an event: content development, coaching managers on camera, and managing a thousand invitations from three different platforms through a single link.
The Circle XS was presented to the companies in the building directly in Gaia Panina, with a live demonstration of the system and a discussion focused on the needs of those organizing recurring meetings, project status meetings and conventions. Gaia Panina can be booked like any other room at The Hive, through the Stella33 app, the online portal or the on-site concierge. Usage is billed monthly based on actual consumption, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date. Those already working in the business center access the room under the terms of their plan; external companies book in the same way, with pay-per-use pricing.
For an event with catering, external guests or The Circle support, it is best to book a few days in advance so the house managers can prepare access, setup and production.

How many meeting rooms are there at The Hive at MIND Milano?
Eight rooms on the second floor: Turing, Tesla, Hopper 1, Hopper 2, Hopper 3, Hack 1, Hack 2 and their combined configurations, with capacities ranging from 4 to 25 seats. The floor also includes the Gaia Panina event room, the lounge, the podcast room and creativity areas.
Can the meeting rooms be booked without having an office at The Hive?
