  • Santa Giulia
    There is a reception area for the entire building, positioned as the institutional touchpoint. Additionally, there is a community management service on each floor, which manages daily operations, relationships, events, and operational support for Stella33 customers.
  • Palazzo Isola Nova
    The building features a smart hospitality management system, allowing guests to manage their stay independently (check-ins, meetings, guest notifications). Despite the automation, guests can always contact a house manager, who is responsible for assisting guests, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining high service standards.
