Small Pixels is an academic spin-off of the University of Florence, founded in 2020 by a team of researchers from the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC).
The company develops solutions based on artificial intelligence and deep learning to improve video quality in real time while reducing the bandwidth required for transmission.
Small Pixels’ technologies find application in areas such as broadcasting, streaming, video conferencing, surveillance, and video production.
