Intelligence Gastronomy is an innovative gastronomic project that brings together Mediterranean cuisine, functional nutrition, and experience design, with the aim of delivering wellbeing at the table in a contemporary, elegant, and prevention-focused way.
It is not a traditional catering service, but a platform that integrates cuisine, science, and a culture of healthy, long-term wellbeing. Its creations reinterpret the Mediterranean Diet through an evolved approach, using ancient grains, functional fibers such as inulin and beta-glucan, carefully selected ingredients, and natural slow-release sweeteners, achieving a thoughtful balance between taste, lightness, and nutritional innovation.
Raw materials are sourced from small producers and carefully selected agricultural partners, with whom Intelligence Gastronomy shares values of quality, sustainability, and respect for the supply chain.
Within the MIND Innovation District, the project places a strong focus on the future of personalized functional nutrition, envisioned as a space for dialogue between scientific research, prevention, quality of life, and food culture. Food is understood as a conscious tool for wellbeing, capable of adapting to different people and contexts while keeping pleasure, conviviality, and aesthetics at its core.
Intelligence Gastronomy develops tailor-made projects ranging from corporate events and private, glamour occasions to scientific meetings, representative moments, and experiential formats, guiding each proposal from concept to table with a constant focus on sustainability and the overall quality of the experience.
The project was founded by Marianne Giordanengo, an entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in the fields of wellbeing and conscious nutrition. Intelligence Gastronomy works alongside Chef IG Sara Faraldo and a multidisciplinary team of nutritionists, psychologists, and communication professionals to develop gourmet recipes with a balanced nutritional profile, designed to engage with themes of innovation, research, and corporate wellbeing.
