How to Reach Us
From Rho Fiera M1 Station
“After exiting the metro ticket gates or coming down from the train platforms into the station, always keep to the right and follow the signs for MIND Milano, continuing to the right until the end of the passageway and following the dedicated exit. You will then reach the pedestrian entrance.”
From the open area directly in front of the passageway, a shuttle bus departs every 15 minutes. The stop for The Hive is the second one, called MIND VILLAGE, and it is located right in front of the building.
By car
To reach The Hive by car, enter the address of the Galeazzi Emergency Room parking lot into your navigator — preferably Google Maps — located a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian entrance to MIND.Find the parking lot link here.
Once you have parked your car, always use Google Maps and enter the walking route to The Hive. Alternatively, click here to get the route already set.
If you have authorization to enter by car, enter the phrase ‘MIND west access former Cargo 6’ into your navigation system.

Upon your arrival at The Hive, the reception staff will welcome you and accompany you to your reserved room.
Meeting room rules
Booking
- The room must be booked in advance through the system indicated by the reception (app, online, or by directly requesting the staff).
- The booking is personal and is associated with the company or the professional holding the access.
- In case of any need to modify or cancel the booking, please notify it at least 2 hours in advance of the reserved time, to allow availability for other users.
- Bookings that are not cancelled will incur a charge for the amount.
Access and use
- Access to the room is allowed starting from the booked start time. Please do not occupy the space before that time.
- It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all participants, including external guests, comply with these rules.
- The maximum number of people allowed is indicated for each room. Please respect the permitted capacity.
- The use of the available equipment (screen, video conferencing system, whiteboard) is allowed. In case of technical issues, please contact the staff immediately.
Conduct during use
- You are kindly requested to maintain an appropriate volume of speech, respecting other users of the space.
- Drinks are allowed; please avoid consuming food unless otherwise agreed with the house managers.
- It is not permitted to move furniture to other common areas or modify the room setup without authorization.
- The use of the room for activities that are not in line with its intended purpose (public events, unauthorized commercial activities, etc.) is not permitted.
At the end of the booking
- At the end of the session, please leave the room tidy and in the same condition in which it was found: chairs in place, surfaces clear, and equipment switched off or restored to its original configuration.
- Any damage or malfunctions found must be reported to the staff before leaving the space.
- Failure to vacate the room by the end of the booking time may result in a charge for the extra time.
Confidentiality and respect for other users
- Activities carried out in the meeting room are private. Mutual discretion is requested when entering and leaving the spaces.
- Recording audio or video of third-party conversations without their explicit consent is not permitted.
Contacts and support
For any operational needs — technical issues, requests for specific setup, or schedule changes — the house managers are available at the reception area or via the indicated contact details.
