Palazzo Isola Nova spaces are accessible 24/7 for authorized card holders; no reception service is available. Should you need assistance, please contact our team, available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Meeting rooms
We kindly ask you to respect your booked time slots and to leave the space clean and tidy at the end of your meeting, so as to ensure an optimal experience for those who come after you.
- Common Areas and Conduct
In shared spaces, we kindly ask you to keep your voice at an appropriate level and to use the phone booths for private or lengthy calls. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Business Center.
- Kitchen and Refreshments
The kitchenette is the designated space for preparing and consuming food and beverages. We kindly ask you to always leave it tidy after use and to dispose of waste following the separate waste collection guidelines.
- Safety
In case of emergency, immediately contact the team and follow the evacuation signage.
