Mariarita Costanza, an electronic engineer, is the co-founder and CTO of Macnil (IoT Automotive, owner of GT Alarm) and CEO of Everywhere, a benefit corporation dedicated to organizational wellbeing. Active in the field of innovation for over 10 years, she is an investor, mentor, GammaDonna Ambassador, board censor for the Bank of Italy – Bari, and Vice President of Confindustria Bari-Bat.. She promotes the “Digital Greenhouse” to attract talent to her #MurgiaValley.

Barbara Dalle Pezze
Barbara Dalle Pezze, Ph.D., is an executive consultant, speaker, and founder of the Wellbeing Mastery Academy. With over 18 years of international experience, she works with top leaders to enhance wellbeing and performance. Barbara is also part of the elite coaching team of John Mattone, former coach of Steve Jobs and a global authority on executive coaching.
