Pierluigi Paracchi
Pierluigi Paracchi is CEO and Co-founder, together with Prof. Luigi Naldini, of Genenta Science and serves as Moderator of the National Working Table for the Internationalization of the Biotechnology Sector, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Federchimica-Assobiotec, the National Association of Biotech Companies. Paracchi is also Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Altheia Science and AurorA Science, as well as Chairman of Lipogems International. Previously, as a venture capitalist, he was Founder and CEO of Quantica SGR, Co-Founder of Axòn Capital and Venture Consultant at Sofinnova Partners, completing over $400 million in exits and raising over $200 million in venture capital funding.
Luca Ravagnan
Luca Ravagnan, PhD MBA, is co-founder and CEO of WISE since 2011. He has a long experience in basic and applied research in nanotechnology and has developed and patented WISE’s proprietary Supersonic technology. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster and, in 2020, he became an Endeavor Entrepreneur. He holds a PhD in Physics and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.

Emil Abirascid, journalist, founder and editor of Startupbusiness, the first magazine dedicated to Italy’s startup and innovation ecosystem.
